Was looking for more recipes heavier on the greens and less fruit
Giving this app 3 stars since I have not made an of these recipes yet but, in reviewing man of the recipes. It possibly is closer to 2-2.5 stars as far as meeting my needs. It seems many of the recipes are much heavier on fruit than I would prefer in the contents of the smoothies. Some general nutritional information is included which is helpful and appreciated, though much more extensive information on benefits of the various ingredients can be found on the web...wish more was included here, Hopefully this app may prove to be helpful with basic information for me and may give me ideas on developing recipes of my own that would de-emphasize the fruit. I will try to remember to review again once I have tried some of the recipes.
